Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 11 September 2026

1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit nurseoz.com, buy or access a NurseOz digital product, subscribe to a NurseOz service, or use any other NurseOz page or service that links to these Terms.

By placing an order, starting a subscription or accessing a paid NurseOz product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the paid product or service.

In these Terms, “NurseOz,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to NurseOz. “You” and “your” refer to the person purchasing, accessing or using our products or services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to make a purchase.

2. Our Products and Services

NurseOz provides educational digital products and subscription content for nurses researching Australian nursing registration, skills assessment, migration and related planning.

The exact product, price, currency, billing frequency and inclusions are those shown on the relevant sales or checkout page when you order. Please review that information before paying.

Our products may include downloadable guides, checklists, workbooks, updates, newsletters and access to related digital resources. Digital products are normally delivered electronically using the email address or access details supplied at checkout.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and checking your inbox, spam, junk, promotions or similar folders. If you have not received your access instructions, email [email protected] from the email address used for your order.

3. Educational Information Only

NurseOz provides general education and planning information. Our products and services are not government, regulatory, legal, migration, recruitment or employment services, and they are not personalised professional advice.

Purchasing or using a NurseOz product does not guarantee registration with Ahpra or the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, a positive ANMAC skills assessment, a visa, state nomination, a job, employer sponsorship, permanent residence, a particular timeline or any other outcome.

Rules, policies, fees, forms and procedures can change. You remain responsible for checking current official requirements, deciding what applies to your circumstances and obtaining qualified professional advice where needed.

4. Payment and Orders

You agree to pay the price and any applicable charges displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout. Your payment provider may apply its own terms and privacy policy.

An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and we send confirmation or provide access. We may cancel or refund an order if there is an obvious pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, an unavailable product, or another legitimate reason that prevents fulfilment.

You may not use false payment information or make a purchase without the cardholder’s or account holder’s permission.

5. Our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be able to buy with confidence. In addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law, NurseOz offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase of a particular digital product or the first payment for a particular subscription.

To request a refund under this guarantee:

  1. Email [email protected] within 14 calendar days of the original purchase or first subscription payment.

  2. Send the request from the email address used at checkout, or include that address and your order or reference number, if available, in your message.

  3. Tell us which product or subscription you purchased. If you are willing, briefly tell us why it did not meet your expectations. A reason helps us improve, but it is not required for a valid request.

We may ask for reasonable additional information needed to locate the transaction, confirm that you are the purchaser or understand a technical problem. We will not require you to complete unnecessary steps or accept replacement material before making a valid claim under the guarantee.

If you are exercising a statutory right to cancel rather than claiming under our voluntary guarantee, you do not have to give a reason where applicable law says that no reason is required.

The guarantee applies once to the first purchase of a particular product or the first payment for a particular subscription. It does not ordinarily cover:

  • subscription renewal payments after the first payment;

  • a product that has already been refunded to you;

  • a repeat purchase of the same product after a previous refund;

  • purchases made using false, unauthorised or misleading information; or

  • requests made after the 14-day guarantee period.

If your request meets the conditions above, we will approve the refund. We may decline a claim under the voluntary guarantee only where it falls outside those conditions or we have reasonable evidence of fraud, payment abuse or repeated misuse of the guarantee. We will return the eligible amount to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after accepting your valid request. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears in your account.

If a refund is issued, your licence and right to access or use the refunded product or subscription end. You must stop using it and delete downloaded copies in your possession, except where the law gives you a continuing right.

Nothing in this guarantee excludes, restricts or replaces any refund, cancellation or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law. A request involving faulty, inaccessible, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming digital content will be handled under any rights that apply, even if the 14-day guarantee period has ended.

6. Subscriptions and Cancellation

A subscription renews at the billing frequency and price disclosed at checkout until it is cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise the payment provider to charge the applicable recurring amount using your selected payment method.

You may cancel a subscription at any time using any online cancellation method made available with the subscription or by emailing [email protected] from the email address used for the subscription. To avoid the next charge, submit your cancellation before the next billing date. For an email cancellation, the date we receive your clear cancellation request is the cancellation date, even if we process it later.

Unless the checkout or cancellation confirmation states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Subscription payments are not prorated or refunded merely because you cancel partway through a billing period, except under our 14-day money-back guarantee or where applicable law requires otherwise.

If a payment fails, we may retry the payment, ask you to update your payment method, suspend access or end the subscription.

7. Immediate Access to Digital Content

Digital products and subscription content may be supplied soon after payment rather than after a statutory cancellation period has ended.

Where applicable law requires it, we will obtain your prior express consent before beginning immediate supply of downloadable digital content and obtain your express acknowledgment that, once supply begins, you lose your statutory right to cancel or withdraw. We will not begin supply until those requirements are met. For an ongoing digital service or subscription, we will obtain any express request required to begin the service during a cancellation period and explain any lawful effect of that request, including any proportionate payment that may apply if you later cancel. We will confirm the contract and any required consent or acknowledgment in a form you can keep.

Our separate 14-day money-back guarantee continues to apply according to Section 5 even where a statutory cancellation right has been affected by immediate digital delivery.

8. Personal Licence and Acceptable Use

When you buy or subscribe to a NurseOz product, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use it for your own individual educational purposes, subject to these Terms. We may suspend or terminate that licence only as expressly provided in Section 9 or where applicable law requires it.

Your purchase or subscription does not transfer ownership of the product, its content or any intellectual-property rights to you.

You must not, without our prior written permission:

  • share, forward, publish, upload or distribute a product or substantial part of it;

  • share download links, login details, account access or subscription content with another person;

  • copy a product for another person or allow another person to use your purchase or subscription;

  • sell, resell, sublicense, rent or commercially exploit any NurseOz content;

  • reproduce, adapt, translate or create a derivative or competing product from NurseOz content for distribution, resale or commercial use, except to the extent applicable law permits;

  • remove copyright, branding or ownership notices;

  • scrape, systematically extract or use our content to build a database, model, service or competing resource; or

  • bypass access controls or help someone else gain unauthorised access.

You may download or print a reasonable number of copies for your own personal use where the product allows it. You may quote a short extract for a lawful purpose if you clearly credit NurseOz, but you may not share a complete product or a substantial part of it.

9. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that you have:

  • shared a product, account, download link or subscription without permission;

  • used the service unlawfully or fraudulently;

  • attempted to bypass security or access controls;

  • seriously or repeatedly breached these Terms; or

  • created a security, legal or operational risk for NurseOz or other users.

Where reasonable, we will contact you before taking action and give you an opportunity to explain. We may act immediately where needed to prevent fraud, unauthorised sharing, security harm or unlawful conduct.

If access is terminated because of your material breach, you will not be entitled to a refund solely because access was terminated, except where our money-back guarantee or applicable law requires one.

10. Intellectual Property

NurseOz products, website content, text, graphics, branding, templates, downloads and subscription materials are owned by or licensed to NurseOz and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.

If you believe NurseOz content infringes your rights, contact [email protected] with enough information for us to review the issue.

11. Availability and Changes

We may update our products and services to improve them, correct errors or reflect changes to official rules and procedures. A purchase does not include future updates unless the product description or subscription expressly says that it does.

We do not promise that every website feature, download or subscription service will always be available without interruption. If a technical problem prevents access, contact [email protected] and we will take reasonable steps to restore access or provide another appropriate remedy.

We may discontinue a product or service. If discontinuation materially affects a paid entitlement that has not yet been provided, we will provide an appropriate remedy as required by these Terms and applicable law.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website and products may link to government, regulatory or other third-party websites. Those websites are independent of NurseOz, may change without notice and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

A link does not mean that NurseOz controls or endorses everything on the linked website. You are responsible for checking the current official source before relying on third-party information.

13. Responsibility and Consumer Rights

We use reasonable care in preparing and supplying NurseOz products and services. However, decisions about registration, skills assessment, visas, migration, employment and professional practice depend on your circumstances and on third parties outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NurseOz is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, loss arising from a decision by a regulator, government body, assessing authority or employer, or loss caused by your reliance on outdated third-party information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer right or remedy available to you.

14. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal data are explained in our separate Privacy Policy. By using our products and services, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review that policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our products, services, payment arrangements or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date.

Changes will apply prospectively. If a change materially affects an existing paid subscription, we will provide any advance notice required by law. The Terms accepted when you made a one-time purchase will continue to govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.
